Internal audit organization and its implementation

Organization and operation of internal audit:

The internal audit of the Company is an independent unit directly under the Board of Directors; In addition to reporting at regular Board meetings, report to the Chairman and Independent Directors on a monthly or necessary basis.

The General Principles of Internal Audit and the Internal Audit Rules specify the internal controls over which the internal audit reviews the Company's operating procedures and report on the adequacy of the design and routine practices of such controls and their effectiveness and efficiency; Its scope includes all of the company's operations and its subsidiaries.

The audit work is mainly carried out in accordance with the audit plan adopted by the Board, which is based on the identified risks and performs project audits or reviews as necessary. Comprehensively integrate the above general audit and project implementation to provide management with the operation of internal control functions, and provide management with timely understanding of existing or potentially missing additional channels.

Internal audit reviews the self-inspections carried out by each unit, including checking whether the operation is carried out and reviewing the files to ensure the quality of the implementation, and comprehensively reporting the results of the self-inspections to the Chairman and the Board.

The appointment and removal of audit supervisors and remuneration shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

The appointment, dismissal, assessment and remuneration of internal auditors shall be reported to the Chairman. After being submitted by the audit supervisor, it shall be signed to the chairman for approval.
