The company has a corporate governance supervisor who is responsible for performing corporate governance related matters. The Company's corporate governance officer meets the eligibility requirements of "the main points to be followed in the establishment and exercise of functions and powers of the board of directors of a listed (exchange) company", and his main duties are to handle matters related to the meetings of the board of directors and shareholders in accordance with the law, prepare minutes of board and shareholders' meetings, assist directors and independent directors in the appointment and continuous education, provide information necessary for directors and independent directors to perform business, and assist directors and independent directors in complying with laws and regulations.
