Corporate Governance
The board of directors of the company passed the " Regulations on Evaluation of Board of Directors" on February 20, 2019.The board of directors shall evaluate performance at least once a year. Performance evaluation in accordance with the regulations at the end of year.
The evaluation is carried out by the director of corporate governance, and is conducted by means of internal questionnaires, including the evaluation of the operation of the board of directors, the evaluation of directors' participation in themselves, and the evaluation of the operation of the audit committee and the remuneration committee.
